My name is Emma Goldsmith and I’m a Spanish to English medical translator.
I originally trained as a Registered Nurse in London, but after moving to Spain in 1987, I studied translation, and became a freelance translator in 1992.
I have wide experience in medical texts, translating SmPCs, PLs, labelling, clinical trial protocols, informed consent forms, case reports and research articles for publication in medical journals, clinical practice guidelines, ADR reports, websites for private clinics, etc.
Please visit my business website to read more about the translation services I offer.
To meet me “face-to-face”, watch a video interview I gave about my background, specialisations, rates, CAT tools and work/life balance on The Successful Linguist.
Great blog, Emma. Very useful information. Michael (a fellow FR>EN translator)
Thank you for taking the time to share all this with us. Lavinia (Romanian-Spanish translator)
